I am authorized to establish and agree to the payment and business terms below.

Cardrona Distillery takes our obligations under the Alcohol Wholesalers Registration Scheme seriously and for this purpose it is our company policy to obtain basic business information relating to all customers prior to trade. In order to finalize our account opening procedure, we are legally obligated to use this information provided to conduct initial and ongoing due diligence checks on all potential customers.

If payment is not received by the agreed due date, future credit payment terms and any trade discount may be revoked. Should ongoing default of payment occur external parties may be involved at expense of the customer.

The trade discount may be amended or revoked at the discretion of Cardrona Distillery.

All product is provided directly to the customer to be sold to the public as part of general business operations. Customers who operate as wholesalers must advise Cardrona Distillery and be registered under the AWRS Scheme.
